We focus on the total student-athlete developing and pursuing excellence on and off the field. We set higher goals for both our players, our coaches, and club. We develop team lacrosse oriented players partnered with opportunities for character building and service to others. This elite combination develops a well rounded, high caliber lacrosse player, with championship winning character making them physically and mentally prepared to excel at the next level.
About us
Founded and operated by a dynamic mother and daughter duo, Jen and Alex Duckenfield, we are a force fueled by passion and driven by over 20 years of success. With a deep passion for the sport and a commitment to fostering a supportive environment, our club is more than just a team – it's a family. We founded Dynasty Elite in 2018 with a goal to create a space where female athletes can thrive, build lasting friendships, and develop not only their individual skill, but learn to be a team player. As a club that values growth mindset, character, camaraderie, and excellence through hard work, we prepare athletes to successfully handle the adversity they face on and off the field.
2015
Dynasty Youth Club
Dynasty Youth Club was started under the leadership of Coach Duck, the head coach of The Agnes Irwin School, in 2015. Dynasty Youth was a community-based program that consisted of players from the Philadelphia Area Girls Lacrosse Association (PAGLA) teams. The primary focus of this club was to develop lacrosse skills and compete in a competitive spring travel schedule.
September 2018
Dynasty Elite Lacrosse Club
Dynasty Elite Lacrosse Club emerged from the foundation of the Dynasty Youth Team in September 2018. In our inaugural year, we launched with a total of three teams.
2023
Inaugural Team
In 2023, 26 players of our first-ever team moved on to play collegiate lacrosse - 17 Division I players, 2 Division II players, and 8 Division III players.

Current Day
Since our inaugural year in 2018, we've expanded from just three teams to a total of 11 with over 65 college recruits. Our commitment to growth is unwavering, and we remain dedicated to upholding our mission statement.
