Coach Duck has proven success, having led the All-Philly Under Armour Team and the Ultimate Goal Lacrosse Club as well as varsity girls lacrosse teams for Agnes Irwin, Strath Haven High School and most recently leading a unranked Cardinal O'Hara High School team to the State Semi-Playoff Game in less than three years.
Co-Founder and Director of Operations. Played all four years and voted captain at Division I program, Vanderbilt University. A First Team All-Big East Conference and IWLCA Honors. All-American and All-Academic American from Strath Haven High School. Served as an assistant coach under Coach Duck at Agnes Irwin School and helped the Owls win three Inter-AC Titles and two PAISSA State Championships. Helped unranked Cardinal O'Hara team reach the State Semi-Playoffs in under three years. A graduate from Vanderbilt University, accepted to ESPN's exclusive post-graduate program and worked at CBS Sports.
Coach Pills has coached competitively and successfully in the Philadelphia for over 14 years. She has multiple years of experience coaching club lacrosse and helping numerous players get recruited to Division I, II, and III colleges. Anne played college lacrosse at Penn State University. Her daughter, Emily, was a High School All-American from Conestoga High School and played Division I at JMU. She currently oversees our 2024s and is involved at Quix Stix Youth Lacrosse Organization.
A Longmeadow, MA native was three-year starter as midfielder at Division I Providence College.
Played post-collegiate lacrosse in prestigious USCLA with both NYAC and Brine Lacrosse Clubs. Previously coached boys' lacrosse at Lionville Middle School, Short Hills (NJ), New Rochelle (NY), South Burlington (VT) high schools as well as his daughter's Lionville Youth.
Still participates locally in recreational lacrosse league and makes annual pilgrimage to Lake Placid Summit Lacrosse Classic with his club teams.
A four-year starter for the Drexel Dragons lacrosse team. Was voted team captain as a senior. Served as a former assistant coach at Agnes Irwin and helped lead the Owls to a PAISSA State Championship and Inter-AC League Championship. Has multiple years of experience coaching competitive club lacrosse and coaching at Duck Lacrosse clinics. Currently an elementary teacher at Indian Lane School.
Played all four years as a stand-out defender at James Madison University. Started all 20 games as a senior. CAA Commissioner's Academic Award as a senior at JMU. All-American from Conestoga High School. All-PhillyLacrosse.com First Team as a junior and senior and All-Central League First Team as a junior and senior. Voted captain and All-Southeastern Pennsylvania First Team her as a senior year. Mom is coach Anne Pillion.
Emily is the Dynasty Elite draw specialist coach. She was four-year letter winner and starter on the Springfield Delco HS girls lacrosse team. Emily was a two-time US Lacrosse High School All-American and named first team All-Central League and first team All-Delco as a junior and senior. Emily compiled 295 goals, 121 assists and 240 draw controls in four seasons. She owns the school record for most assists and goals in a single-season. Emily played collegiate lacrosse at Rutgers University.
