As the Co-Founder and Director of Recruiting, Coach Duck stands as a distinguished figure in the world of lacrosse, particularly in the greater Philadelphia area. Celebrated for extensive coaching and recruiting experience, Coach Duck has consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to cultivate talent and achieve remarkable results.
Notable Achievements:
🏆 Guided The Agnes Irwin school from a humble 2-18 record to an outstanding 22-2 in under 2 years.
🏆 Three-time Inter-AC Champion in 2014, 2015, and 2016.
🏆 Secured PAISAA Championship victories in 2015 and 2017.
🏆 Led an unranked Cardinal O’Hara Team to a Top-10 State Ranking and the State Semi-Final Playoff Game within a remarkable three-year timeframe.
🏆 Named the Philly Lacrosse Coach of the Year in 2015, with a runner-up distinction in 2014.
🏆 Steered Strath Haven to its first Central League Championship and a State Playoff appearances from 2008 to 2010.
🏆 Propelled Agnes Irwin to the #1 spot in Pennsylvania and an impressive #6 ranking in the National Polls.
